These Concrete Plain Eaves/Top Tiles from Marley come in a range of colours to match their plain concrete roof tile range and are suitable for roof pitches between 35° and 60°. The concrete roof tile serves perfectly as an alternative to clay and slate, offering the same appearance as more natural products but in similar colours to clay.
This modern alternative to clay is a tougher material that offers increased durability for properties in harsher climates. This means little maintenance is required, making your life easier when looking after your home.
These eaves tiles make up the lowest row of tiles at the facia board to provide the double lap for the first row of full tiles. The lower edges of these eaves tiles and the first row of full tiles should be the same. Eaves tiles are also used for the top row of tiles at the ridge. The top edge of the second row down must be at a level where the ridge tile will cover it.
