Loyalty program terms and conditions

 

CMOStores.com, through its superstores, offers a loyalty program (SUPER rewards) to customers and potential customers. The loyalty program is subject to the below terms and conditions, as well as all preceding terms and conditions stated above.

21.1 By participating in Building Superstore‘s loyalty program, you agree to the terms and conditions documented herein.

21.2 Building Superstore, through its superstores, reserves the right to alter, limit, modify or terminate the loyalty program, the program structure, the program features or these terms and conditions in any manner without notice. Your continued participation in the program will confirm acceptance of changes.

21.3 The loyalty program will be communicated with you through your chosen contact preferences in your account, as well as by any means in which you contact our team. Your points history can be accessed on the SUPER Rewards page when you are logged in.

21.4 SUPER rewards points earned through the loyalty program are not exchangeable for cash.

21.5 SUPER rewards points may not be transferred between accounts, or combined with another account.

21.6 The email address used to register for SUPER rewards must be used when making a participating purchase.

21.7 It is not possible to retroactively award points, for reasons such as but not limited to, making a purchase without using the registered email address or making a purchase prior to registering for SUPER rewards or the loyalty program going live.

21.8 Points rewarded for making a purchase will be processed when the order is completed, i.e. when the order status is changed to fully dispatched. Points are awarded typically 14 days from this point.

21.9 Rewards vouchers cannot be used with any other coupon.

21.10 Returns must be made in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Supply, section 12. Upon the return of the item, the points awarded for the original purchase will be deducted from your SUPER rewards.

21.11 If an order requires payment reallocation, whereby an order is cancelled and replaced, your Reward points will be calculated from the new order.

21.12 We reserve the right to exclude quoted orders from being eligible to earn points, with reasons including but not limited to; adjusted pricing and discounts applied.

21.13 We reserve the right to exclude certain products from being eligible to earn points, with reasons including but not limited to; ongoing promotions, discounts, shipping surcharges and charity donations. Products that are currently excluded from earning rewards will show a notification in the basket.

21.14 We reserve the right to refuse a rewards discount where VAT refunds apply.

21.15 If a Rewards voucher is used to buy a product that is then subsequently returned, points will be refunded to your account. It is not possible to request this amount is refundable to the equivalent cash amount.

21.16 Points are shared across the CMOStores.com group of Superstores by email address. If the email address on the account/ order differs the points will not be shared.

21.17 Opting out of the reward scheme and communications can be done so in your customer account.

21.18 Points will expire after a period of 6 months of inactivity across our group of SUPERSTORES will cause points to expire for that email address. Any points-rewarding actions count towards account activity.

21.19 On occasion, CMOStores.com via its group of Superstores may offer increased rewards on certain products during promotional periods. These will be signposted via marketing material and on the deals page. Unless otherwise noted, Rewards will be earned at the standard rate when making purchases.

21.20 Orders being shipped outside of the UK cannot have rewards applied.
